The Sport Program is built for dedicated riders who train consistently and want to take their fitness and speed to the next level. Designed to improve total-body strength, race readiness, and riding endurance, this program combines structured on-bike sessions with focused off-bike workouts. With targeted training and regular coaching feedback, you'll check all the right boxes each week—and see real performance gains.

Program Features

  • Tracking and communication support in Training Peaks App

  • 5-7 structured training and recovery sessions per week

  • Weekly riding workouts with set durations and intensity for progression

  • Test and identify your current threshold and have a plan put in place to train in the RIGHT heart rate zones

  • Weekly training plans uploaded for consistency and progression

  • Flexible workout options to match your fitness level and schedule

  • Custom weekly programming to match your race schedule

  • On-bike drills to improve control and race performance

  • Monthly training data review

  • Group training opportunities (when available)

  • VIP Access to Athlete Resources
